Welcome to Sea-renity a beautiful waterfront property situated on the Sussex Inlet waterways.
Boating, fishing and sking enthusiasts will love the property complete with a private jetty and slipway accessible via the drive through garage.
Fishing on your own jetty, boating from your backyard, The Basin and Swan Lake are close by for water-skiing. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafe's, the RSL club, local cinema, local shops and IGA supermarket.
Beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with French door fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice and dishwasher. The property has a 65" Smart TV. DVD player
with large selection of DVDs or if you prefer sign onto your own Netflix account as internet is included.
The accommodation can sleep up 11 people. It has 3 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, Bedroom 1 with Queen bed of which one has an en-suite and Smart TV, Bedroom 2 with Queen bedroom with TV/DVD and Bedroom 3 with Double low bunk with single on to. Family bathroom with separate toilet. In the living area there is 1 double sofa bed. There is laundry with washer and dryer (we provide washing powder and softener) with a washing line in the back garden which overlooks the water.
A large sunroom with bar fridge, 2x sun loungers and another sofa bed. Outside covered deck with wicker table and chairs, and a 4 burner barbecue.
Linen is included, please REMEMBER to bring your own towels.
Keys will be located in Key Safe, code will be provided on arrival. Keys have coloured dots to identify which door they open.
There is 3 Kayaks and life jackets and 5 bikes for your use at your own risk. Please use hose pipe to rinse down after use and put back where u find them.
In the winter months there is a fire pit and the log combustion fire for you to enjoy.
Fire pit, BBQ and combustion fire must be emptied and cleaned and house to be left as you found it, to avoid additional cleaning fees.
