This four-bedroom, second-floor, 1900 sq. ft. home with large picture windows in the vaulted ceiling great room showcases the water views, lots of sea life at low tide, and frequent boat parades as well. A waterfront dining deck with a barbecue makes indoor/outdoor living easy. You are just a short walk to the ferry so you can enjoy the multitude of adventures Newport Beach offers.
The Grand Canal, directly in front of this vacation gem, has beaches to enjoy and explore at low tide; and there are even better beaches around the corner at South Bay Front or Super Beaches within a ferry ride.
The living room with its fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and lots of comfortable cluster seating is a great place for everyone to rest and relax after the day of adventures. A dining area for six makes it easy for everyone to eat inside if preferred. A well-furnished kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family or guests, just add the food and the fun and you are all set.
The king primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is another shared full bathroom and two half baths. There are three additional bedrooms - a queen and two twin bedrooms each with two twin beds.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is a carport spot available to the left of the garage for one vehicle to park in. DO NOT park in front of the garage, as this will block in the lower unit renters.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
