Serenity 222 raises the standard of luxury for a family getaway away! This unmissable private retreat is an ideal vacation property that balances privacy and the convenience of location. Appointed with high end finishes, this outstanding retreat is situated on the shores of St Georges Basin. Serenity 222 has unique access to the water via the property's private jetty where you can launch your kayak or paddle board or enjoy a few drinks watching the sunset.
There are three separate houses which can sleep a total of up to 15 people. They are all airy, private and have been beautifully finished. All three houses have a large but private window where you can watch the sun come up through the trees and downstairs has a beautifully finished lounge area with big screen television, a fireplace for the cooler weather, and a full kitchen.
Amalfi & Levante each sleep up to 4 and both have a sumptuous king bedroom upstairs with district views while downstairs has a washing machine and toilet. Leading out from each of the lounge rooms is a private deck area where you can enjoy the serenity and view.
The Barn sleeps 7 and has a sumptuous king bedroom upstairs with district views and a second bedroom with two double beds and a single bed.
Serenity 222 is pet friendly and located in a bushland setting. We recommend taking every precaution for tick prevention. Guests will have access to the entire private estate and will book the 3 houses available at Serenity 222.
Serenity 222 is located on The Wool Road, adjacent to the water's edge of St Georges Basin. Known as the aquatic playground, St Georges Basin has so much to offer when it comes to activities and attractions. You can have fun in kayak or paddleboard which are provided for your use or a boat and spend the day exploring the Basin's quiet coves and creeks. The boat ramp is close by, as is the wharf for recreational fishing. Sussex Inlet is a short cruise across the Basin, with access to the ocean and beach. Don't forget to visit the local cafes and restaurants for a delicious meal. The Country Club or the Jervis Bay Brewing Co for live music, great food, and even better beer.
The property is located a 15-minute drive to both Huskisson and Hyams Beach, famous for its sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters. Huskisson is well known for the range of attractions including whale and dolphin watching tours, paddle boarding, boating, beautiful beaches and bushwalks. The Huskisson Pub has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a long lunch overlooking Jervis Bay. Hyams Beach boasts beautiful beaches with turquoise water and glorious white sand. Within 30 minutes drive, you can access wineries, beaches, water activities, Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls. The local shopping area of St Georges Basin is an easy 15-minute flat walk.
For your added comfort, each house at Serenity 222 provides a reverse cycle air conditioning and heating unit upstairs, for year-round comfort. Downstairs, there is a wall unit air conditioner and for the cooler months, there is a fireplace. The house can also be opened up to catch the coastal breeze.
