The Space:
Located just down the road from 2 local and arguably the best boat ramps in the area (St Georges Basin + Basin View) a 15 min stroll to local cafes, shops + supermarket, a beautiful short drive to the iconic white sands of Hyams Beach, the hustle and bustle of Vincentia + Huskisson, explore Booderee National Park, come + experience the best that Jervis Bay has to offer from a very peaceful & exciting location!
Shay’d is a stylish home with modern furnishings and an emphasis on providing comfortable accommodation for those wishing to enjoy their holiday, with all modern conveniences.
Quality linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels, pool gear and beach gear.
Maximum of 8 guests (Plus 1 baby) per stay.
Bedding config:
Bedrooms 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 3 + 4: 1 x Queen bed in each room
Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single Beds (floor beds – refer to photos)
There is also 1 x cot for use. Please be advised it is guests responsibility to provide cot bedding.
Minimum Stays:
There is a minimum 2-night stay for non peak bookings. During peak season, min stay is 5 nights.
The main lounge/dining/kitchen area opens onto your own private deck & landscaped gardens and custom in ground pool with cabana - perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day on the water.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, Dishwasher, Gas cooktop, Fridge.
Bathrooms: 4 in total: Large main bathroom with bath and shower; Ensuite to main bedroom has shower, toilet and vanity.
Heating/cooling: Ducted air conditioning in main living areas + in all bedrooms + ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 3 + 4.
Parking: PLENTY OF off street parking plus room for the boat!
Outdoor Space: Enormous deck with 6 burner BBQ, outdoor lounge with TV + outdoor table and chairs, fully fenced + private yard. Additional private courtyard away from the common areas with seating.
Second living area away from the common areas with 3 + 2 seater lounges and large flat screen TV with G - Chromecast.
Pets: Strictly Not permitted under any circumstances. Please do not call or email to ask if pets can stay.
Smoking: strictly outside only. Additional cleaning and deodorisation will be charged if there is to suggest smoking was taken place inside.
Ashtray will be provided for outside only. Please be considerate of other guests in the complex.
BEDROOMS
Linen: Beds will be made with high quality sheets, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels are supplied
Master Bedroom: King bed with walk in robe + Ensuite.
2 x King Single floor beds with Built in robe.
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed with Built in robe.
Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen Bed with Built in robe.
Guests are required to bring their own amenities for the stay. You are supplied with initial items such as toilet paper, some bin bags however we are unable to predict how much is used, guests are asked to bring their own.
Please note during this time of Covid, some disposables are supplied to ensure the safety of every guest during their stay i.e.: coffee sachets, sugar, sauces, milks etc.

No access to attached garage or detached shed. There is PLENTY of off street parking and room to wash your boat after a day on the water.
