Positive: We loved our stay in Hastings Point! The location was perfect, just a short path down to the beach, and the view from the apartment was definitely the highlight. We loved watching whales playing in the ocean each day! Shoreline had everything we needed and was very comfortable, with a great kitchen, comfy beds, and cosy couches. The kitchen, lounge and balcony, were lovely and sunny and in the mornings so were the bedrooms, and we enjoyed the sunrises from bed, such a bonus! Overall, we absolutely loved Hastings Point - such an easy beach walk to Caba and lots to explore along the Tweed Coast. We’ll definitely be back!

Negative: A few things to note: there are two flights of stairs (plus a few more down to the car park) which needs to be listed so others know as we found out about this in the reviews, and the parking space is quite tight, though manageable. As we stayed in winter, an extra heater would have been handy for the chilly mornings. Key collection and drop-off are in Kingscliff — not an issue for us as we were driving that way, but something to keep in mind. Also, the lockbox doesn’t open until the 2pm check-in time, so you can’t access the apartment at check in time as you need to drive there.
