Summary: Hotel was very nice. Staff could do better: we ate dinner in Spice Garden?? A completely uncouth woman (not an American like me) answered her EXTREMELY loud phone four or five times and spoke in high volume on her calls. Staff should have reprimanded her. My wife and I were walking the corridor from room 133 and a front desk representative was assisting a couple to their room, while speaking on her phone and walking two/three across in the hallway, forcing my wife and me to duck out of her way so her group could pass. Completely crass and unacceptable behavior
