"Villa Lil Avalon" is located on possibly the best beach block in Avalon, this vacation home ("Villa Lil Avalon") is the 3rd house from the beach. No need to cross any streets (great for kids). This beach is one of the more private beaches on the island. The home itself has been meticulously maintained. The ocean vistas from the home are sensational. With a pool measuring 16x32, you'll enjoy one of the largest pools in Avalon. Plenty of space surrounds the pool for lounging or bbq grilling. Inside the home your family will find expansive great rooms on both levels, two master bedrooms (one with beautiful ocean views), three other bedrooms, a library, two wetbars for entertaining, and a tiled sun room off of the pool. You'll enjoy the southern exposed sundeck on the second floor overlooking the pool. There is easy access to a wonderful third floor deck that will provide you the most awesome beach, white-water and sunset views. All common areas have hardwood floors. The landscaping is lush and mature. Located at 60th & Dune Drive.

We do weekly rentals going Saturday to Saturday between mid May and through September.
