Spa apartment is in the heart of Budapest. The flat is equipped with sauna, jacuzzi, steam-bath and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its a great place for those that want to have a calm and peaceful rest while they can enjoy the closeness of all the touristic attractions and the nightlife.
The space
The best flat in town, really! Enormous living room to spend time together. Jacuzzi, steam cabin, sauna. Supermarket on the corner and the coolest bars just in a few minutes walk.

No smoking – except in designated areas
No parties or events in the apartment
No loud music or shouting
Guests are not permitted to allow other persons into the apartment
This Property is in a residential building; behaviours that disturb, injure, or interfere with the rights of the Neighbors are not acceptable. This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made: Please, pay attention to other residents of the house. Please, close the doors carefully and silently, stay away from any behaviour that can disturb any residents particularly after 8 PM. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately with keeping the whole fee of the rental if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the house
Please, report any damage immediately so that can be sorted out quickly.

Security Deposit / House Rules
1. of any damage to the apartment or to the residential building (for example: broken windows, doors, damaged walls etc)
2. Any trash left by the Renters inside the building (staircase, elevator etc)
3. Breach of the Piece and valid complaints from the neighbors (First we warn, then we act)
4. Lost or damaged key 15 EUR /Lost or damaged key with a proxy (gate opener chip): 30 EUR
No refund in case:
1. Vomit, urine or feces inside the residential building (staircase, elevator etc) or inside the apartment.
2. Use of illegal substances or smoking in prohibited areas
3. If Police (or the host at night) has been called because of the Renters (Breach of the Piece etc)
During the weekend the minimum stay is for 3 nights. During Sziget, Formula 1 and New Years the minimum is 5 nights.
