Located in the tranquil and laid-back community of Groundhog Mountain, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home blends retro flair with modern comfort. Inside, the main level welcomes you with an open living space featuring a pellet stove, 75 inch smart TV, and plenty of room to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area perfect for gathering over meals, as well as a full bathroom, laundry room, and two convenient bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom features a king bed, a nightstand, a dresser for storage, and a stylish accent wall. The second bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed, nightstand, closet for storage, and its own charming accent wall.
Upstairs, you'll find two more comfortable bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a cozy lounge area that's perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying quiet evening chats. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!
