Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen: microwave, Coffe-maker, toaster, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, pots, dishes, utensils. Living room with a sofa bed and cable tv, dining table for 4 people , large walk-in, coin operated washer-dryer on site, access to BBQ and pool (not heated during winter time but still accessible). 1 Parking included.
