This is a large architect-designed studio apartment only 500 metres from the surf. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but with a great cafe just down the road. The heart of Byron Bay is a 25-minute drive away and Brunswick Heads only seven minutes away.
The 40 sqm apartment, which looks into a lush garden, is air-conditioned and has a smart TV, full kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and oven, and a washing machine. The apartment is self contained and reached via an entrance separate from the main part of the house. Parking is available in the lock up garage.
I live in the other section of the house (it is a dual occupancy) and may or may not be in residence when you visit. Either way you will have total privacy.
The bedroom and living space are in one long room but can be separated with bifold doors. The bathroom, with a rain shower, is in a separate room and the laundry, with a Bosch front loader, is located in a cupboard off the hallway.
This It is a fantastic place to kick back and relax. You can hear the sea while lying in bed. My personal library lines the walls. Quest are welcome to browse while visiting.
