About the space...
One of 3 villas on the block in a quiet street but close to shops, public transport and a level 400m stroll to the beach. It's an older style building with a fully renovated interior.
Two bedrooms contain built-ins, the third has a dedicated workspace. Indoor dining is at a high table that pulls out from under the breakfast bar. The living area is open plan but compact, as pictured. The courtyard has two seating areas with LED mood lighting & water feature.
The kitchen is unique & has loads of empty storage space for guest use. There is a rice cooker, toasted sandwich press, small blender, electric cake mixer, baking dishes, serving ware and the usual crockery & cutlery. The spacious, in-wall pantry off the kitchen shows everything at a glance. There is a step ladder for accessing high cupboards if needed.
There is currently no TV aerial connection or streaming service but there is a HDMI cable you can connect a device to and plenty of DVDs to choose from. There is a spare HDMI slot on the TV if you bring your own device. Beach towels, toys & a beach umbrella are available for guest use.
You'll have private use of entire villa and a fully enclosed rear courtyard (3x11m). The property's common areas should be used for access to the villa only, not for recreation, so as not to disturb other residents. There's a water feature in the courtyard that attracts frogs in the warmer months.
The space comfortably accommodates 5 people.
The nearest supermarket is a two minute walk & opens from 6am to 10pm every day so you can shop when you arrive! Complementary tea & coffee is provided if you'd rather relax before stocking up.
