Welcome to our architecturally designed retreat, just 2mins walk from Sharkys Beach, a great surf spot. Designed by Takt Architecture, the loft-style home blends modern elegance with natural warmth. It features two queen beds, plywood interiors, ocean glimpses, and a surfboard room. Only 1 min walk from Earth walker Café for great coffee and breakfast. Whether surfing, relaxing, or exploring, our home is the perfect base to unwind and enjoy modern coastal living. Perfect for a beachy get away.

Our home accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
Parking: While we don’t provide parking, you’re welcome to pull up in front of the house to unload bags and boards upon arrival and departure. After unloading, please park on Northcott St or Cliff St. The driveway is shared, so it should not be blocked for more than 5 minutes.
We have a loft bed accessible by a steep ladder. For safety, we recommend that no child under 12 sleeps in this area. Anyone choosing to use the loft should be mindful of the steep ascent and descent and does so at their own risk.
Our home is smoke-free. Please note, additional cleaning fees may apply if we need to remove any odors or stains.
We kindly ask you to wash your dishes after use, or feel free to load the dishwasher and run a cycle when you depart.
We sometimes leave behind consumables like condiments for guests. We do our best to ensure they're fresh, but please inspect them before use. Consumption is at your discretion, and we cannot take responsibility for these items.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm to respect our neighbours.
We ask that no parties are held without prior approval. If extra cleaning is required due to an unapproved party, additional fees may apply, and in cases of disturbances to neighbours, guests may be asked to leave immediately.
As this is part of the Airbnb community and our home, we kindly ask that you respect the space and leave it clean and tidy when you depart. We really appreciate you taking care of our home and belongings.
