You won't want to leave! Our beautiful townhouse is located in a private, lakefront community on the shores of stunning Lake Tahoe. You will be steps away from a large, private sandy beach, swim area and dock. Communal tennis courts and ping pong tables are available seasonally. The complex is beautifully landscaped with year-round maintenance. Make our home your base for year-round activities from skiing to biking and water sports. We are located only 2.5 miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort; the famous Edgewood 18-hole golf course; five Stateline casinos; and Heavenly Village, which boasts shopping, dining, gondolas to the mountain recreation area and much more.
Our 2-story home include 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and has a lake view from both the living room and master bedroom. Fully furnished with everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen; fresh towels and sheets; and beach chairs & toys.
Please no pets and no smoking!
This unit has been approved for short term rental under Douglas County Vacation Home Rental Permit (VHRP) #08402190.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
This rental unit is located in a condominium association and the renter must abide by the Community Rules.
Upon arrival or as soon as the HOA office opens, the renter must check in to the HOA office in person and register their vehicle with the Community Manager. A copy of the Community Rules will be provided as part of the rental check-in process.
Parking is limited to one space in front of the unit. The owner will provide a Douglas County mandated parking pass which must be stamped by the HOA during check-in. The parking pass must be displayed on the driver side of the vehicle dashboard during the rental period.
Failure to park in the designated parking space and/or display the parking pass may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
Quiet hours are 9 p.m. – 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.

Amenities include:
1) Community - Private beach and swim area, private dock, community tennis courts & ping pong
2) Unit - Flat screen TV, Apple TV, DVD player, free high speed WIFI, 2 decks, gas fireplace and a gas barbecue.
First Floor – Entry to the unit is on the first floor. The first floor's master suite features a king-sized bed, a private full bathroom, a private balcony, plenty of closet space and numerous windows for soaking in views of the lake. A second bedroom features one queen bed, a private full bathroom and a large closet. The full-size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.
Second Floor - The second floor has beautiful views of the alpine lake and snow-capped Sierras. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV (with Apple TV & DVD player) and a dining table with seating for six. The large balcony includes a gas grill for barbecues, outdoor furniture for lounging, and plenty of space for enjoying the picturesque scenery and sunsets. The kitchen is fully outfitted with cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils, and a bar counter with stools. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and has two twin beds and an additional closet. The third full bathroom is adjacent to the upstairs bedroom.

Summary: Best place we’ve stayed at in Tahoe! The location, hospitality, cleanliness, and the size of home was the best, especially for my family of 5. Beautiful home and front lake views. Definitely stay every time I go to Tahoe!
