The lower level has an extra large recreational gathering area which includes extra sleeping, full bathroom, kitchenette and game room. The lower level also contains a walkout to covered deck and access to the beach. Elevator connects all 3 floors!
Once outside enjoy 50' of flat shale beach! There is a dock, kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, plenty of space to relax and a floating dock for swimming. The property is perfect with extra land for games and parking in the back and a fenced play ground for kids.
