Summary: The grounds were nice, the pool is lovely, good location, and the host was responsive, but the house felt tired and like it could use some TLC. I’d say at least 25% of the light bulbs throughout the house were out, the BBQ grills didn’t really work, among other minor things, and while the host was kind enough to offer to send an electrician, these are things I would hope would be taken care of before our arrival at these prices. Kitchen is small and dated. Felt like there was very little time between renters and a high turnover rate, and overall just a little overpriced for what you are getting here, even for the Hamptons.
