Summary: Once we accessed the first door we realized that the stairs were extremely steep, so we both grabbed on to the railing to secure ourselves but quickly realized the railing was coming off from the wall, someone will most likely fall once this fully detachs (extremely unsafe). The entire place needs a good scrub and fresh paint. The walls look as though a toddler was allowed to put their dirty handprints everywhere. The rug was full of stains, appeared as though it had not been mopped in quite some time. Bathroom has bugs crawling all over in the shower, coming out from the corners and running to the drain. Towel rod in bathroom is also coming off the wall. Refrigerator was pulled out and there was more crud, items (comb, trash, ribbon) then I felt comfortable with. Kitchen is definitely not gourmet as it is listed, few items that should have been available but were not. No baking sheet, dish soap, towels for cleaning. Bath towels had bleach stains on it.The pictures listed for this property are extremely deceiving. This property has great potential but needs better maintenance and TLC for it to be worth staying in again.
