Parking in LA is tricky, so we are happy that we can provide our guests with reserved space, but we do always encourage smaller cars. Street parking is also available on a first come first serve basis.

WASHER/DRYER: In-unit washer and dryer are provided for your private use anytime during your stay. Detergent is also available.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.
