Summary: I have stayed at this particular hotel in the past, but it is now off my list. 1) I did not receive the efficiency room I prepaid for, and was told no partial refund would be issued despite a price difference of $25 per day. 2) Guests in the room next to mine were having a loud verbal altercation. The front desk advised me to call the police. 3) The bathroom tile grout contained black mold. The overall condition of the property is in decline. 4) Parking lot light is dim. At night people are in the parking lot drinking beer and smoking. As a lone female traveler this hotel is not worth the risk. Appeared to be clean other than the bathroom mold and saw not evidence of roaches.
