Positive: Cleanest private rental I have stayed at in some time. Place was perfect for my adult son and I. We stayed 2 nights. The place had everything we needed. My son even commented on how comfortable the bed was and how clean everything was. The unit is upstairs in a super cute house. Private entrance. Never saw or heard the people downstairs. The apartment is also right next door to an amazing coffee shop. Went both mornings we were there.
