This bright and airy unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a really large living area with both a sofa and a love seat with lots of windows. There is a small dining table for two, a coffee bar and an outdoor area with a bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine with the sunset. The patio also has a chair and ottoman so you can recline and read a good book while getting some afternoon sun or roll the shade down for privacy. The unit is a few steps away from the bayfront and the boardwalk and a 2 minute walk to Marine Ave, the shops, restaurants, Irvine market and a Balboa Bar / Chocolate covered banana at Dad's or the Sweet Life.
