Bed sizes: 3 double beds each 1.80 m x 2.00 m.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice quiet and sunny residential area in the new development area of El Vergel, only 400 metres from the German bakery "Strudel Cafe", the German supermarket Carlos Delikatessen, or the WOK (China Buffet Restaurant) is only a few minutes walk away. The house is about 1 km away from the beautiful sandy beach "Les Deveses", also the stone beach "Almadrava" is about 1 km away. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl or Masymas are also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly. A children‘s playground and extra dog training area (fenced) is also only 2-3 minutes away on foot. The village of Vergel has many bars, cash machines, restaurants, vet and much more. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Bicycle rental in the village (we can help you with the arrangement). Only a short distance to the nearest golf course. Guided hiking tours on the surrounding mountains. Also the big shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is about 10 minutes away by car, and both airports Valencia or Alicante are 100 km away.
Other Things to Note:
Note 28.08.2024: construction has started on a new property adjacent to this Villa, so at times during your stay you may experience noise disturbance.
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 500 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge. The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 daysbeforearrival.
Television is available in 4 languages: Spanish, English, German and French.
