Adjacent to the Murramarang National Park, this three bedroom cottage has a comfortable interior, while retaining much of the simple beach holiday feel. It is only just up the road from the beach with terrific ocean views. The large covered verandah is ideal for enjoying outdoor living all year round. There is a big picnic table on the lawn near the built in barbecue which is perfect for summer. Like much of North Durras, Livingstone Street has its fair share of visiting kangaroos and native birds.
LOCATION Perfectly positioned in the quaint suburb called North Durras it backs onto the Murramurang National Park. You are surrounded by natural bush lands and beaches.
LAYOUT While the house is not huge, it has plenty of room for a family. It has retained the charm of its era of that beach cottage that the family visits every weekend. This is how a beach house should be! An open plan lounge/dining room with a kitchen that is fully equipped a large verandah to enjoy those lazy sunny afternoons sitting and watching the world go by.
BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed - Bedroom two: 2 single beds -Bedroom three has 2 single beds. If you would like to hire linen 72 Hrs notice is required you can phone Bay Coast Cleaning.
BATHROOMS There is a good sized bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry is a modern front-loading washing machine, as well as another toilet.
OUTSIDE The yard is large and you are not restrained by fences as the wildlife run free here. You will enjoy kangaroos lazing in the yard like they own it. Only a short walk to the beach where you can swim, surf, snorkle or enjoy walking the many bushwalks the National Park offers. There is plenty of off street parking and room for a boat.
PETS Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.
