Fantastic five bedroom home close to the Camden Haven River and Breakwall for fishing, and North Haven Beach for surfing. Within level walking distance is a great children's playground and there is a pleasant walk along the waterfront to the beach, cafes, shops and Bowling Club.

This property comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 2 children and is great for two families with 4 x queen beds and 2 x single beds. A fold up cot is available on request.

The home features three living areas with polished floorboards throughout, two bathrooms and a huge covered entertaining deck. The house is located on a quiet street away from the main road and is safe for children with bikes.

Facilities include reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, NBN WiFi, TV and DVD, large fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and BBQ. Gas heater available during winter months.

There is undercover parking for cars, and on-site parking for a boat and visitors.
