The Residences offers a private gated entrance, community pool & spacious parking if also towing a boat for the launch a mile down the road.

The Caddyshack, #331 will add delight to your golf vacation in a twist of eclectic country club fun featuring your favorite Hollywood stars, Chevy, Bill, and Rodney! St. James Bay Golf Resort is a professionally designed Audubon course in Franklin county on the `Forgotten Coast` just outside of Carrabelle Florida. Not a golfer? Bring the boat, a Carabelle boat drop one mile down the road (Lanark Village), (condo parking lot hosts areas to store the boat). Also, many more amenities await our guests such as the private condo pool, and the golf clubhouse which has an amazing restaurant and recently added an outdoor pavilion that features live music weekly. St James Bay Golf Resort is an absolute golfers paradise. This 18-hole Robert Walker-designed course was constructed with strategy and grit while golfers navigate the beautiful Florida wetlands golf cart paths. Also is the only designated Audubon Signature Sanctuary in the area that put you one with nature. Past the amazing golfing experience the Caddyshack Condo offers a pool designated solely for the condos on site. With the purchase of a guest membership from the pro office, it provides access to the club side pool, kids pool, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts. The onsite Crooked River Grill and Bar serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will not disappoint! It is the most sought-after meal in the Carrabelle area offering high-class meals at an affordable cost. The resort is 4 miles to Carabelle, 20 miles to Eastpoint, 25 miles to Appalachicola, and 26 miles to St. George Island.
Walking to the St. James Bay clubhouse is about a half-mile walk, otherwise to tour the forgotten coast towns a vehicle will be necessary.
