The Space
The Village Loft is located within a small commercial building that includes two retail spaces on the first floor but no other apartments. This means that outside of retail hours you will be able to enjoy this apartment as if it was an independent home! Entering through the front door you will travel up a flight of stairs from which you will enter the space. Just to your right when entering The Village Loft you will find yourself in the kitchen which includes a small dining area for 4 as well as fully stocked cabinets to accommodate a wide variety of cooking/baking needs. From the kitchen you will enter the living room where you will find a sitting area with chairs, a sleeper-sofa, and a Smart TV for your enjoyment. Also off the living room is an office which is perfect for those who need to work during their stay! Making your way past the front door you will find the main bedroom & full bathroom. Our bedroom features a king bed, two large closets, and plenty of dresser space to store clothes. The Village Loft features 3 window air conditioners to cool the space.
Guest Access
The Village Loft is accessed via a small flight of stairs off the front porch and a 2nd flight inside. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of this property which may make it difficult for handicap accommodations. Once at The Village Loft, guests will use a smart lock with keyless entry to gain access to the building and a second lock to access the apartment. The Village Loft features off-street parking to ensure you are always close to your accommodation.
Other Things to Note
• All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building making this an un-ideal stay for those who are unable to climb stairs.
• While we have several barriers to entry & rigorous cleaning routines, the occasional small bug may be found throughout the apartment.
• This apartment does share space with 2 commercial units on the first floor which may result in additional noise during business hours.
• There is one security camera on the outside of our property which is meant to protect our building and our guests during their stay. We have complete respect for our guest’s privacy and do not have any cameras facing or inside of the living space.
• Under no circumstance are pets or smoking permitted on the premise.
