Summary: We had to wait outside of the apartment for over an hour and a half past check in time because the room was not ready and there were actively cleaning staff in the space. We were told to wait at a local coffee shop but had just brought all our luggage up to the stairs and did not want to leave all our belongings with strangers. The staff seemed lovely but that felt too high risk. We were just told too bad and that it wasn’t the property managers fault. We had been told that we could get one free tour of the wine
