The Space:
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and queen sofa bed. Smart TVs are located in the living room and all bedrooms. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels, washcloths and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The island area has seating for 2, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. Dining table has seating for 6 people with an additional table for 4.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating. Pool and Jacuzzi are for your enjoyment, and not for horse play. We do provide large beach towels.
PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 3. Absolutely, no parking on the grass. A fine of $250 per occurrence will be applied if cars are found on the grass.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, beach towels, free high speed WiFi and 2 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.
NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire backyard). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is NOT a pet friendly house. If a pet is found on/in our property (including outside our front or back) a fine of $250 will be imposed and an immediate cancelation of your reservation WITHOUT a refund. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages.
POOL: Our pool is meant for your enjoyment! All children 14 and under must be supervised while in the pool. A waiver will have to be signed prior to check in.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
WAIVER: This property has a waiver that will need to be signed prior to check-in by the guest who's name appears on the reservation. Not all guests need to sign but all are expected to follow all house rules.
Guest Access:
Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

Miami has so much history and life! You can enjoy the world famous Miami Beach, go out on a boat or Jet-ski and later make your way to your local bar for drinks and salsa dancing. Whatever you decide to do in Miami we can guarantee you will have an unforgettable time! This house is in a well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 9pm - 8am must be observed outside and at the pool area.
Getting Around:
Located within walking distance to Publix grocery store, 4 miles from Walmart/Target and 23 miles from Miami International airport. (South Beach 40 minutes away, Miami Airport 30 minutes and Fort Lauderdale Airport 1 hour)
Other Things to Note:
*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
*No daily cleaning services.
*All TVs are smart TVs for online streaming. No Cable.
*We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of bathing towels & 1 beach towel per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in.
