Enjoy the sun, relax and HAVE FUN at our Tres Palmeras Desert Hideaway! Get comfortable in our stylish Boho Chic inspired home but never be far away from all the action. If you enjoy lounging by the pool or relaxing in the spa this is your Hideaway. Gorgeous mountain views and star filled skies are abundant at our stunning location. Entertainment is our name and foosball, ping pong, darts, pool, corn hole, Jenga, ring toss, and large dominos is our game! Close to downtown Palm Springs, Aerial Tramway, Airport, restaurants and golf courses. Tres Palmeras is a perfect place for your family getaway, golf trip, girls/guys vacay, or just to rejuvenate and relax!
Our main living area features a comfortable and stylish retreat where guests can relax, watch a movie on our Samsung Smart TV, grab the cards and play a game of UNO or spin some vinyl on our record player and groove into the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your weekend stay or prepping for a Holiday meal. The dining area is perfect for a cozy dinner party or a quick lunch. Our open concept kitchen allows for ultimate entertaining with a massive amount of counter space for a buffet, serving area, or mix up your favorite libations and sit down for a game of Cards against Humanity.
Head out to our ULTIMATE GAME ROOM and let the competition begin! Enjoy a game of foosball, or a quiet game of pool. If you need more action grab the ping pong paddles and let the face off commence. Bull’s-eye anyone? Who doesn’t love a fun game of darts? Don’t forget to turn on your favorite sports team on our Samsung Smart TV or take a break from all the action on one of our sofas. No one leaves our game lounge without a smile on their face!
If you’re looking for a more Zen experience grab a Yoga mat and head outside to our amazing backyard hideaway. Cool down in our Pebble Tec Salt water pool and enjoy the prominent views of the San Jacinto Mountains or relax and enjoy the jetted spa. The views from our pool/spa area can’t be beat in the Coachella Valley…simply breathtaking! We have a variety of seating arrangements for your group including sun loungers, multiple couches and chairs for socializing and relaxing, six Adirondack chairs for pulling up to the fire-pit and star gazing, two large outdoor dining tables for alfresco meals or setting up a game of dominos or Scrabble. Cook your favorites on our grill and play a few games of corn hole while waiting for your hamburgers and hotdogs to grill. Serve up that delicious meal under our covered patio and keep the good times rolling.
The Main Suite offers King bed with luxury linens, Samsung Smart TV, workspace, direct access to spa and pool, large closet (rollaway bed) with storage, LED high end bathroom mirror, and full tile shower.
Our secondary bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens, Samsung Smart TV, workspace, large closet with full length mirrors. Guests in the King Room may share a luxury hall bath featuring, vanity, LED high end bathroom mirror and full tile shower.
The Twin room features two twin XL beds with luxury linens, ( can be placed together for a king bed configuration), Samsung Smart TV, large closet with full length mirrors, and a picture-perfect view of the towering mountains in the distance.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Must select Pool heat for the entire reservation (all nights booked) or none at all. Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.

Other things to note
Guest must sign and return our Rental Agreement along with a copy of their Driver's License/Government ID and all guest’s names. The contract along with ID must be returned within 48 hours of booking. The City of Palm Springs require the minimum age of renter must be 25 years or older. The maximum occupancy is 6 total per City of Palm Springs. The maximum cars in the driveway or garage is a total of 3 per City of Palm Springs.
Please review the Good Neighbor Brochure (link) and hard copy in kitchen. - The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay. The renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The renter shall comply with any applicable laws/regulations. Children are under the responsibility of their parents and shouldn't have access to the pool area / backyard.
The City of Palm Springs does NOT allow music or loud sounds outside and STRICTLY enforces the ordinance ($1,500 fine to be paid by the renter + loss of the deposit + eviction).
We do not allow pets of any kind at our property

We do not allow music outside as it is against Palm, Springs Good Neighbor Ordinance. Large fines and eviction will proceed if violated.
