➤ There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block.
➤ Our building requires all guests to provide a copy of a photo ID upon booking or at least 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to be registered at the property. Please also bring a physical ID that is required to show upon arrival to check in the building. Security wont accept a regular photo and that ID also needs to be clear.
➤ There will be no unregistered guests that will be accepted in the building during check-in.
➤ Please note, that you and any other guests over the age of 18, MUST provide a photo of a Government Issued ID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, so that we can register you all with our doormen.
➤ Our doormen will verify all guests IDs, the day of check-in. Feel free to send upon booking is confirmed, or we will send a reminder TWO DAYS BEFORE the check-in date.
➤ ** Only VISITORS that have been registered before check-in will be allowed. A maximum of 6 people can be registered to each condo. please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with NO REFUNDS due to breaking of Building rules.**
➤ No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed. The smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day. Also, neighbors can smell and a fine will be levied.
Check out: Official check out time is at 11AM the latest. Late check out without agreement will result on 150$ penalty fee.

NO MAIL/PACKAGES: Guest mail is not to be addressed to the property without prior permission from the host. The host is not responsible or liable for any mail, packages and/or other deliveries sent to the condo.
NOTE: Lessees in violation of any rooftop rules will be fined and not permitted on the rooftop for the duration of their stay.
