During the warmer months, the two cottages offer a variety of activities for guests to enjoy. With two private docks and easy lake access, you can swim or take advantage of the kayak and paddle boat available for guest use. The spacious shared patio offers comfortable seating and beautiful lake views, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset dinners. There’s also a fire pit and a large grassy lawn for additional relaxation or play. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, two gas grills are provided.
Inside the cabins, you’ll find two fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. The new owners have refreshed the space with updated furniture, new bedding, and thoughtful décor throughout, giving the cottage a brighter, more welcoming feel. Dock details: There are two docks for this super unit. One outside of each cabin only about 25 yards from the door. The dock can fit up to two boats each.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: These cottages are in a perfect location on Catfish Lake. There is easy access to lake with no steep slopes and the bottom is sandy. The cottages themselves have everything you need, although a bit well-used. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a wonderful family reunion.
