Summary: The two houses with the hot tub were absolutely perfect for our two families traveling to Valdez for some winter sporting events. The host was super accommodating - each family had multiple children ages 2 - 11 and she made it work! The tiny house was soooo nice and clean. Everything was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. The bigger house was a great layout for the family and so convenient that it had two beautiful, full bathrooms. The hot tub was super clean - fresh water and she even treated it while we were there which we appreciated! Our kids had a blast and the adults all enjoyed the serenity of the property after the kiddos were tucked in bed. The owners do live on site, which was convenient and nice for us, but good to know for potential renters. Everything was smooth and lovely. We'll totally stay again in Valdez!
