Enjoy the South end of Tybee in Tybreeza B - a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a historic Tybee cottage located one and a half blocks from the beach. The apartment is within the 1940s renovated apartment home. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Tybee pier and more. This quaint option is great for couples on a budget.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 19-inch flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and stove/oven, but there is no dishwasher. The breakfast bar has seating for 2. The casual sitting area is furnished with a small sofa.
The upstairs owners are happy to share the private swimming pool in the backyard and the gas grill. There is no landline phone or washer and dryer available. There is a laundry mat located on the island. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Summary: Tybee Is a nice Island with lots of restaurants and shops, Long Beaches and a great golf cart Island, which we rented. It was a last minute rental so not much to choose from as far as rentals. Our rental was in need of some upfitting but it was cool and location was good. But would not stay there again because the space was just not very comfortable to us. The living area could use a better couch and comfortable chairs instead of two outdoor Adirondack chairs and a little more cohesive decor. But it was clean and quiet and within walking distance to several places. You just have to decide what is important to you for your stay.
