Summary: The room was clean. The AC worked well. The hot tub worked well. However, there was a small piece of floor stripping missing around the hot tub, and there was a huge water damage stain in the shower ceiling that leaked water when we turned on the shower. So while we’re showering, water was dripping out of the ceiling onto our heads. I was infuriated. This is not acceptable. We didn’t discover the stain until later in the night, and didn’t realize that it was leaking water until the next morning when we showered. Absolutely ridiculous.
