Overlooking the beautiful mountain backdrop, villa Comodo is a large family villa, excellent for larger or mixed families wanting to spend a relaxing holiday together.
You can enter the villa from the ground floor or first floor via a few steps, from the steps leading to the first floor, you will find a lounge with a comfortable seating area and TV, windows which fill with natural light and patio doors which lead out onto a small covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a freshly brewed coffee whilst awaiting for the Spanish sun to fill the sky. On this level you will also find three air conditioned bedrooms, one with a bathroom ensuite and a shared shower room. Down the interior staircase is an open plan kitchen/ diner, fitted with everything required for a relaxing self catering holiday. The ground floor also houses three more air conditioned bedrooms, one of these rooms, sleeps four guests, as it has one double bed and two single beds in, these also share a shower room.
Outside is an 8m x 4m private swimming pool, with sun loungers, allowing you to bask in the sun, a great feature of this villa is the covered terrace which can seat all guests, here you will also discover a BBQ and outdoor fridge for keeping those important drinks nice and cool. Just down from the pool area is an additional part of the garden where you can enjoy some food or some relaxation.
