Summary: The property was in a convenient location for the beach and bus station. The apartment itself was less than expected. It had the bare minimum needed, but that's it. No lock on the door or ventilation in the bathroom. The check in experience was not pleasant as we waited till 4:30 for our room to be ready when check in was supposed to be available at 2pm.

Summary: If we ever come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying here again. The distance to the beach was amazing and it’s such a slow paced area. Never overcrowded but lots of shopping and wonderful food. We LOVED it!

Summary: This place is STUNNING. It is next to black beach, and if it’s for a beautiful vacation do not hesitate to book. All members of staff made us feel so welcome, the room was out of this world!!!! 10000/10 amazing! The views are just spectacular, breakfast was so so nice and the location was lovely too.

Summary: The property is not easy to locate in the area, no directions were given. There was no one to greet us upon the arrival. We had to locate and call the manager over the phone to get in. The bathroom is very small, water gets everywhere when taking a shower, making the floor wet and unsafe. Room is decent size.

Taxi drive from airport...you can easily walk the town! Town has island public bus stop..part of black sand beach is free..no beds and umbrellas ..no e store to buy snacks and drinks..lady at reception is wo derfull...so helpful

Summary: Owner Dimitri was very helpful for tips for the bus and places to see in the area. He was pleasant and easy going , and transported us as needed. We had a lovely room with a view of the water as the large church nearby. It was an easy walk to the village for dining, shopping, md best of all, beach.

Summary: The Villa was OK, we arrived late in the evening and had transportation from the airport to the Villa. When we arrived at the Villa the driver took us to our room and the keys were in the door and he left. The office closes at 5pm and there was no one there to talk with had to call a number which was posted on the door. We had no AC working or TV the breaker must of tripped and which meant the electrical was not working. So we had to call the number and have someone come to check it out. The driver was the person who showed up and did his best to correct the issue. The Villa's website states they have a Bar/Restaurant and other items which is not true. I stay was very disappointing and the management was not very considerate of the issues. First of all they do not state that transportation is available (maybe surchage) on their site. The other guest that were there had the same issues as we did and were not pleased at all. This Villa is not cheap and will never recommend it to anyone. I asked if we could get a refund so we could move to a hotel in the area - No
