Positive: We had a great stay, property was a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and Lidl and 10 minute walk to mercadona. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The patio was great for family dinners and drinks in the evening. The location is quiet and residential, which we enjoyed for a quiet holiday. Overall we made the most of it and had a good holiday, and we would return if the serious issues mentioned below were fixed.

Negative: The main issue we faced was broken tiles at the bottom of the pool, which the Gardner confirmed they were aware of before our stay and had not been fixed. On our second last day, my partner cut his foot on a loose tile which bled a lot and caused him pain walking for our last 2 days. I will include a photo if possible. The gardener was great though and removed most of the loose tile. Another serious issue is that the Electricity cut off about 3 times a day, and we had to turn it back on at an electricity box in the street. On one day the electricity was off from 7am (could’ve been earlier but this is when we woke up) until around 4pm. Food we had in the freezer melted and we were unable to cook. Again this was an issue that they were aware of before our stay, as they had sent us a troubleshooting procedure for when the electricity cut out in advance of our stay. Only two bedrooms were airconditioned, which did impact on the comfort of half of our family while sleeping. Quite a few things could do with an upgrade, and there were not enough chairs for our group of 8 people.
