The apartment is part of a unique multi unit property, some of which are home to local residents, and two of which are Airbnb units. Residents and tenants have assigned parking as there is a shared driveway.

*BY CAR: Drive into the village to have your fun- there are several areas to park nearest where you're going. Quick commute to nearby places like Target & Wegmans (5 min), the City of Rochester (16 min), Village of Penfield, Eastview Mall (12 min).
*ON-SITE PARKING: There's room for up to 2 cars to park on-site. Please note you cannot park on the street
*BY BUS: The nearest bus stop is under a 5 minute walk away, at the corner of Main St. and Whitney Rd.

The Village of Fairport is renowned in Rochester for its beautiful Canalside location. Visit the canal for a jog or walk, dine at on of the area restaurants, or grab a brew at one of the 3 area-famous breweries nearby!
The property is part of a 4-Unit home and you will be sharing the driveway and porch area with our long-term tenants so parking spaces are assigned. Please be respectful of the residents and tenants.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of on-site parking. The Erie Canal, local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and downtown Rochester is just a 16 minute drive.

*There is a family that lives on site as well as another single tenant, so please be mindful that although your space is yours, the premises are utilized by others as well. Noise does travel between units, so please be mindful of that.
*We’re right in the vicinity (and earshot) of train tracks that are active during the day and at night providing some beautiful and nostalgic “white noise” at all times of day
*Government ID and previous host recommendation are required for booking.
