This house is beautiful, comfy and intensely convenient to visiting LA. Private pool! The immediate neighborhood is walkable to a variety of restaurants and museums. The location affords easy freeway access and roughly equidistant access to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown. Fiber Internet!
2-bed, 2-bath house with kitchen, private laundry, outdoor patio. ~1,200 square feet of living space. Dining room with seating for 6. Living room with Apple TV, Chromecast, and digital antenna. You may access the entire house and yard.
You are invited to use the outdoor patio, but we ask that you do so in accordance with our house manual, namely that you refrain from playing loud music and observe quiet hours in respect of our neighbors, and that you ensure patio furniture is always re-covered. Thank you! Please note that owner has access to the garage (via driveway access) at all hours for occasional access and will not interact with guests unless requested to. Owner will not access the broader backyard or pool area.
Pool heating is available for $80 / day (entire stay only). Jacuzzi heat is included with home rental, though we ask that you turn Jacuzzi off when not in use.
The charming neighborhood is a 15-minute walk to Museum Row, with nearby access to The Grove and Farmer's Market, as well as a short car ride to West Hollywood, Century City, Koreatown, and downtown.
Car and Uber/Lyft are best. There is an efficient bus line up San Vicente directly into West Hollywood that costs only a few dollars and takes ~10 minutes outside rush hour.
Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50 (includes up to $25 shipping cost).
