When you step out back you will be on a huge deck that has a BBQ Grill, a Hot Tub that seats 7, a giant connect four, a lounger, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 people. When you step off the deck you will be able to relax on a hammock for two. The backyard is fully fenced.
The dining table seats 8 people and there is a bar with 4 stools.
We are permitted for 3 cars but the driveway comfortably can fit 2 cars. Parking on the street is not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am and are strictly enforced by the city.
If you plan on using the fireplace, please grab some fire wood, a duraflame log, and a lighter or match to help get things going. You can purchase these items at our local gas stations or grocery stores.
No smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
