Summary: large relatively clean 2 bedroom apartment in a good area near downtown. Place was in need of repair - ceiling in one bedroom was actually duct taped up and window didn't completely close. Paint was peeling from multiple wall surfaces. Bed in master room was saggy. Lighting throughout was very dim. Had heavy snow fall and we had to shovel stairs to unit and path to street. Kitchen was well-stocked except very limited coffee (mostly decaf offered). Had large TV's(x3). and lots of Apple devices.
