High speed wireless internet and flat screen cable TV in primary bedroom, family room, and outdoor patio. New fence. Walking distance to white sands of Pass-a-Grille Beach/Gulf of Mexico, restaurants, bars, local market, convenience store, and Vina Del Mar Park (where you will have access to tennis /basketball courts/playground). Sleeps 8 persons. Lease duration is flexible, but 30 night minimum due to county regulations. Off Season rates are April through December $4900 per month.
