The dock accommodates boats up to 4,000 lbs and 26 ft, with additional space to tie off if needed, making it ideal for boaters who want to explore the bay.

With plenty of seating and an open layout, it’s the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a day on the water.

● PARKING
The property includes a 2-car garage, with additional driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.
PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 40 lbs for a $200 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.
Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.
NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.
POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.
LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.
SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 1 active cameras for the front door.
NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises.
PARKING: The driveway has space for 6 vehicles. Please do not park on neighbor’s lawn.
THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay.
There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors there will be a $1,000 Fine.
