This home has been completely remodeled floor to ceiling, fresh wall to wall paint, LVP flooring. New furniture/fixtures in every room- The home has been strategically designed for our guests comfort. Each space is uniquely decorated in modern Boho meets the South vibe. Clean lines, no-fuss furniture and fixtures. The master suite houses a new king hybrid mattress, the guest bedroom holds a new queen hybrid mattress. Beds are made with luxury linens, 100% premium cotton sheets, coverlets and duvets.
Each bedroom has a dressing closet with ample space and luggage rack in the closet. 100% cotton luxury bath towels, hand/wash towels, microfiber makeup towels, and starter-size toiletries will be found in each bedroom closet where the towels are housed-
Each nightstand has universal charging capabilities. There are smart TV's in bedroom as well.
While enjoying the open concept living area relax on the new plush sofa, maybe watch a movie on the 58" smart Tv. The electric fireplace will for sure keep you cozy in the colder months.
The open living/dining concept extends out the french doors onto the front deck where you will find additional seating and lounge area- Sit back relax, while you wait for a fabulous Sunsets on Tenn Tom. There is a beverage fridge on the deck to keep your beverages cold and close by- There are blue tooth speaker's in the upstairs and downstairs lounge. The kitchen/dining area also extends outside, There is a charcoal grill for our guests to use, a teak meal prep bench area and dining table seating for 6-8 people- Don't forget to take a nap in the swing bed.
Bring your boat and fishing poles, the home has a dock and boat slip. There is a community boat launch at the Marina country/package store only 2 miles away. The Marina country store stocks most household staples and offers fuel as well.
The area offers- Walmart same-day delivery, Uber/Lyft, Kroger delivery and Insta-cart. So convenient.
The property is 30 min from the Columbus Air Force Base, 45 min to Tupelo- best known for Elvis's birthplace which still stands today. 15 min to historical downtown Aberdeen where you will find many beautiful antebellum homesteads and Amory historical downtown both areas are full of antique shops, Aberdeen auction house, boutiques, many Mom & Pop eateries, an even an Irish pub. All areas are rich with history.
