Summary: Was not as expected. Neighbors were close enough to hear their conversations. Coffee cups still had coffee in them. Some cutlery had food still on them. Casserole dish had food and grease still stuck to it. Dishwasher smelled horrible so all dishes were done by hand. Many electrical outlets had no cover plates which was concerning with young grand children. Watercraft were not the best. Barbeque required a good cleaning before use. Many plug-in deodorizers which were hiding a very musty smell.
