You will enjoy the gorgeous views from the over-sized balcony. This unit is only a few steps (2 -3 minute button controlled cross walk)to the beach where you can enjoy all the amenities such as two outdoor pools with picnic/ bbq area and full service beach chairs (for a nominal fee). This 2nd floor unit is East of Perdido Pass (Al Point Bridge). This is a low density complex with a quiet river front area. Guests love watching the boats go by and kids love fishing off of the piers.
