The villa is about 130 m2. The property is completely enclosed with an outer wall and automatic gate. The total area is about 850 m2. The garden is maintained weekly, the pool area and whirlpool depending on the weather and needs of a gardener and caretaker. It has an 8 x 4 meter private pool with outdoor shower.
