Ideal for short campus related stays, fire school attendees, vet school associates, travelling nurses! We only accept bookings for 30 days or more. We do not accept undergraduate students. No pets or smoking on property.

Summary: My son stayed at the house for several months while attending fire academy. We even extended his stay by several weeks. I can guarantee that anytime someone from our family needs to go to College Station we will be staying here. Amazing location. About 5 min from HEB. 10 min from A&M and 1 min to Teex. This house is clean and cozy. Everything you need is included with the house. You will not find a better house!!!
