This property has a Two bedroom, 1 bathroom house and two bedroom, 1 bathroom Granny Flat. The house can be rented separately or with addition of the Granny Flat.
The house has ocean views and looks out onto Nicholson Park. Woonona Beach is a 2 minute walk.
The famous North Break Cafe is one house over.
Woonona train station and local shops including a bread shop, convenience store, fish and chip shop and Bottle Shop is a 4 minute walk.
We have a fully equipped Kitchen and BBQ.
Walk or cycle from Woonona all the way North to Stanwell Park or South to Port Kembla via the NSW Coastline Cycleway.
Woonona Rock Pool is a 7 minute walk.
Bulli Beach and Cafe is an 8 minute walk. They also have a Rock pool.
We have a double detached garage where you can keep your car and surfboard and stroll to the beach picking up a coffee on the way past.
The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living and meals area. The 2 bedrooms in the main house both have Queen beds.
The detached Granny flat has separate front and rear access and consists of 2 bedrooms, living area and bathroom. The 2 bedrooms in the Granny flat consist of a double bed and 2 x single beds.
Your pets will love our huge backyard, side deck and park across the road. Your fury family members are welcome outside only please
