This two story cozy getaway has a stepdown living room with plenty of comfortable seating around a natural rock fireplace. Step out to a fenced in patio and enjoy the BBQ Grille or relax amidst the large Pine trees Upstairs the master bedroom has its own bath, vaulted wood beamed ceilings and window seats with cushions for that extra or unexpected guest. The other rooms have a bunk bed for and another queen sized bed. Freshly painted walls, skylights and redwood paneling add to the new yet rustic feeling. The complex provides tennis courts, large, open grass fields, sandy beechs on the lake, as well as Lake Tahoe's longest peir. With a short walk to town (1/4 mile) you can find restaurants, bike rentals, rafting, kayacking, golf. During the winter you can find world class skiing nearby at Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and Homewood and a sledding hill within the complex. Price reduction considered for non-holiday weekly stays. Check in time: 4:00 pm, check out time: 10:00 am.
